Gluten Free - Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free - Soy Free Option
This recipe was created specifically for our Kale Yeah! salad. We recommend that you try it that way, but don't feel like that's the only way to consume this finger lickin' goodness. Drizzle it over a nice warm bowl of grains and roasted vegetables, sweet potato, or any other way you can think to enjoy this tahini awesomeness.
Maple Tahini Dressing
Prep time: 5 min.
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. organic tamari
- 1 ½ Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
In a small glass jar, combine all ingredients. Seal with a lid and shake until well combined.
Prep: Be sure to remove dressing from the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to serving. This allows time for the oils to soften/liquify, so that you can shake to combine.
Storage: Dressing will keep for 5 days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Soy Free Option: Use coconut aminos instead of tamari/soy sauce.
