It’s my intention that participating in Touchstone can increase your ability to navigate a potentially stressful season from a place of internal strength vs. external pressure and expectation.
We do this through a variety of methods (thematic work, journaling, coaching, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, Tarot, and peer support). In an effort to best support you, please complete this intake before our first session.
