I understand how lost and isolating it can feel to live with undesired symptoms and not knowing how to support yourself while trying to simply keep up. During this session, we will work together to get clear on what you want or need to best support your well-being moving forward and identify 1 - 3 action steps to take towards making this happen. This session is all about getting started and visioning a plan forward with someone who’s on your side.
This Session Includes:
60-minute coaching call to discuss your current concerns and wants for your well-being, as well as, identify steps to initiate forward momentum
Notes summarizing your wants and immediate action steps
Recorded replay of our conversation
Additional resources or referrals, when applicable
Proposal for working together to make your longer-term goals come to fruition through aligned, incremental, sustainable action

Appointment Prep & Plan Session
Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed about an upcoming appointment? During this virtual session, we’ll work together to identify your most pressing need(s) and action plan for this appointment. You will leave this session with a clearly identified appointment goal, main questions written out to make the most of your time with a practitioner, as well as, a personalized strategy or tool to support your emotional well-being and nervous system on appointment day.

50-minute coaching call to discuss your current concerns and wants for your well-being, as well as, identify steps to initiate forward momentum
Notes summarizing your wants and immediate action steps
Recorded replay of our conversation
Template for practitioner follow-up plan
Appointment day packing list for your reference
Proposal for working together to support your longer-term wellness goals, future appointment prep, and on-going nervous system support

In this 75-minute virtual session, we’ll work together to identify your most pressing need(s) and action plan for your medical travel. You will leave this session with clearly identified goals, main questions written out to make the most of your time, templates for packing and planning support, as well as a personalized plan to support your emotional and physical well-being during your travel.
This Session Includes:
75-minute coaching call (or 2, 35-minute sessions for accessibility) to discuss your upcoming travel schedule, logistical planning, and emotional and physical preparation and support throughout travel.

This is a safe container to receive continuous support and deep compassion on your path towards the life that you desire. Together we will identify areas of resistance and stuckness to shift towards acceptance and hope. Change is easier with consistent, loving support so there is no need to do this work alone. You will walk away from these sessions with a greater understanding of your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and the clarity to meet these needs from a place of ease and groundedness.
