This coaching package is intended for the client that knows what dietary changes he/she wants to make, but would like support in planning and accountability. If you're looking to increase more vegetables and real food into your diet; switch to gluten or dairy free; remove a particular allergen; or something else that you desire, let us support you to ensure that you're getting well rounded meals and the nutrients that your body needs. This allows you to focus on the transition and listening to your body verses worrying about what to eat, how to make it and ensuring that you're getting adequate fat, fiber and protein.

This Service Includes:

  • Initial consult (up to 30 minutes in length) to discuss you dietary choice/goals
  • Educational consult (up to 60 minutes) to deliver materials and discuss food/body connections pertaining to your dietary change of choice
  • List of foods to consume, minimize and avoid
  • 3 weeks worth of 5 - day incremental meal plans to gradual implement diet change (final week with full dietary transition)
  • E-book with recipes to match your dietary choice
  • On-going email support
  • 3 15-minute phone consults to touch base and ask questions throughout
  • Follow-up consult (up to 30 minutes in length) to debrief and discuss next steps, if applicable

Help! I Don't Know What I Want, but I Know I Want To Change My Lifestyle.

This coaching package is intended for the client that doesn't know exactly what dietary changes to make, but knows that something needs to change. If you feel sluggish, tired, bloated, plagued with acne and are just wanting to look and feel better then start here. This services includes an extensive intake process to learn more about you, your current life and what optimal living might look like for you. After our intake process, I will come up with dietary and lifestyle recommendations that will support a more energetic, vibrant you.

Remember, it's all about you feeling how you want to feel. You get to choose what does or does not sound like a good choice for your body and lifestyle. I'm just here to support you through this process with questions, materials, and a game plan that best suits you.

This Service Includes:

  • Initial consult (up to 60 minutes) to review your intake and discuss wants
  • Research on your behalf
  • Educational consult (up to 60 minutes) to deliver materials, assess our area of focus and discuss food/body connections pertaining to this determined focus

Food Plan

My Doctor Has Recommended A Therapeutic or Elimination Diet. What Can I Eat?!

This coaching package is intended for the client that has just been diagnosed with a condition and/or is trying to determine what foods he/she may have sensitivities to that are exacerbating unwanted symptoms. 

Doing a full elmination protocol, trying Autoimmune Paleo, or needing to adjust your diet due to an autoimmune condition are not easy things to do. In fact, for many, they sound daunting and completely unrealistic when they first learn about them. For many, this is where the journey ends. Don't let that be you! I have gone through elimination and therapeutic diets and have lived to tell the tale. I also experienced the pain and confusion as I tried to navigate, "what can I eat?" when I began my first full elimination diet back in 2014. Looking back, I really wish I had the support of someone to help me plan meals and ensure that I was getting adequate protein, fat and versatility in my diet. This is extremely important and not to be overlooked.

During an elimination or therapeutic protocol, you need to focus on relaxing your nervous system, enjoying new foods and listening to your body. Let us do the initial work of planning and providing recipes, as well as, be that trusted person that touches base with you and asks how you are feeling. By tuning into your body, you will start to learn what foods may be triggering unwanted symptoms. Therefore, putting you on a path to living a better life with little/no symptoms moving forward.

  • 5-day meal plan to start your protocol off on the right foot
  • E-book with recipes to match your protocol
  • Calendar for re-introduction of foods
  • Diet Journal to log symptoms during reintroduction phase
