A Refreshing Take On Tea. Tea-Based Smoothies.
September 24th from 11 am - 12 pm
Cost: $20 (+ tax)
Join me for a demonstration-style class held at Artful Tea's gorgeous new location on Marcy Street in Santa Fe, NM. Together we will make (and enjoy) iced latte and smoothie recipes that blend the best of two worlds: tea and culinary nutrition. While sampling our creations you will learn about the nutrition benefits; obtain the formula for making plant-rich, satiating, blood sugar balancing smoothies; and receive corresponding recipes to take home.
The class is gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, and peanut free. However, please note that smoothies will not be made in a dedicated allergy-friendly facility. Please notify Jillian of any allergies at least 48 hours in advance.

Private Culinary Nutrition Cooking Lessons
This personalized half-day or full-day session is uniquely designed to meet your culinary skills and recipe needs. These sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, unless desired otherwise. Together we will make ~3 - 4 recipes during this hands-on instructional time. At the end of the session, you will receive a copy of all recipes created.
All recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free with notations and instruction to support further food preferences, sensitivities, or allergies. The recipes are plant-rich and individualized to meet your dietary and lifestyle needs/wants.
How this works:
A meal plan assessment and initial consultation take place to determine the nature of the culinary skills and recipes that you want to learn
A selection of recipes is created. You look over the selections to ensure that you are completely satisfied (and excited!) about it!
You receive a corresponding grocery list for the confirmed recipes and pick-up all necessary ingredients prior to our cooking session
Together we cook and learn your desired culinary nutrition information and skills
You receive a full recipe package of all recipes associated with our session
3-hour Private Session: $255.00 (+ tax)*
6-hour Private Session spread over 2 different dates: $475.00 (+ tax)*
